On Monday, May 8th, 2023, Nikki Hebert with the Hebert Real Estate Group invited guests to gather at her office with local boutiques and myself to celebrate mothers in the community.

This event was an exciting night full of food samples, giveaways from the Glow Spa, massage certificates, tanning certificates, mani/pedi certificates, lash certificates, and  airbrush make-up demo “for mothers to get out of the house, shop, socialize, try some new snacks, have a drink and win some gifts!”

Shop Local

Trish from The Rose Quarts Cottage, Jeanine from A Bit of Whimsy, and Maureen & Kathy from The Twisted Twig had merchandise from each of their shops. Each of the boutiques had beautiful merchandise displays directly from their shops ranging from clothing, food products, home decor and so much more.

The Rose Quartz Cottage

Located in Iron River, Michigan, The Rose Quartz Cottage is not hard to miss with the pop of color it brings to the community. A little yellow cottage with pink accents sits proudly in the middle of town. Its welcoming neon green door is not hard to miss. My favorite thing about going into the Rose Quartz Cottage are the friendly smiles that I’m greeted with, especially when I need a last minute gift for a loved one. Trish always keeps the community up to date with the latest arrivals using live videos on their Facebook page, so be sure to give them a like and a follow to support their business even more.

A Bit of Whimsy

A Bit of Whimsy is also located in downtown Iron River, Michigan, just a few blocks from Nikki’s Office. Jeanine also keeps her boutique stocked with trending clothing, whimsical decor, jewelry, art and more. Every time I stop in to A Bit of Whimsy, I’m always greeted and recommended pieces that are popular. My favorite thing is looking at all of the local art and getting inspiration from her displays. Jeanine also does a great job keeping her followers up to date through her Facebook page.

The Twisted Twig

Just a short drive out of Iron River to the next town over, you can find The Twisted Twig in downtown Crystal Falls, Michigan. If you’re going downhill you’re in the right spot. During the summertime they always have a variety of florals greeting their customers. Maureen and Kathy have a wide variety of gifts as well. I love that they have the drink and food sections at their location. They also have painting classes as well.

ONEHOPE Wine Mimosa Bar

As soon as I heard that Nikki was interested in having mimosas at her event, I reached out and talked to her about how ONEHOPE could be a great addition. Once I got the green light on it, Nikki ordered the plastic champagne flutes and I started doing some wine math with the number of guests expected to determine how much champagne we would need. A couple bottles of ONEHOPE’s Vintner Collection California Sparkling Brut and some Simply Orange juice set us up for an abundance of mimosas.

Mother’s Day Shimmer Bottle Giveaway

In addition to all of the giveaways that Nikki had throughout the night, I also wanted to have a giveaway. When I ordered the champagne, I added a Mother’s Day Shimmer Bottle to the order. Guests were able to fill out a submission form to be entered for a chance to win the shimmer bottle. These shimmer bottles are perfect for housewarmings, weddings, and really any other occasion that you could think of. There are even opportunities to customize an order for anything that you can think of.

Surprise herstory Collection Samples

To fill out my twelve bottle shipment, I ordered one bottle of each of our newest collection, herstory. Released on May 1st, 2023, the herstory collection is made up of 2021 Italian wines including a Prosecco, Primitivo, and a Rosato. These three varieties are available to wine club members and hosts.

Make An Impact Today

ONEHOPE Winery was established in 2007 in the heart of Napa Valley. The founders started small in a white pickup truck with 168 cases; and just last November we reached $9 million in donations to nonprofit organizations around the world. The ONEHOPE Foundation continues to fund sustainable projects focusing on water, health, hunger relief, and education resources.

Once you make an impact, you will be added to my Private ONEHOPE Group filled with people who have also placed an order, hosted an event, or joined the CE community. My mission is to bring awareness to the importance of community and provide meaningful lifetime memories through events, wine, travel, and more. Get started today!
